High quality taping of the air tightness membrane around the window reveals and onto the window frames

Wet vacuum cleaning to rid the roof deck of rainwater before the roof insulation is placed. This is important to avoid trapping moisture in the building fabric. If this step had not been taken, moisture/mould might have been the result.

The quality of installation of the PIR boards on the roof was very high on this project, as exemplified by the miniscule gap between boards here ...

... However, where there were gaps, these were filled with low-expansion foam.
