Our Focus

We provided Passivhaus consultancy for this scheme of low-cost home ownership & affordable apartments for Cardiff City Council. The project consists of 28 apartments and 12 houses and was completed in 2022.

Due to site constraints, not all buildings were initially required to be Passivhaus Certified. However, through collaboration with Wates Construction, we optimized design and construction, ensuring all buildings met the standard.

This achievement earned us a Supply Chain Award for our work on the project and led on to further collaboration on the Rodney Street project.
