Rayne Park in Norwich is set to become one of the largest Passivhaus housing scheme built in the UK for Norfolk Regeneration Company.
- Architect - Hanson Barron Smith Architects
The first few phases of the 112 planned Passivhaus homes have now been completed and handed over. Hanson Barron Smith architects have used contemporary interpretations of traditional Norfolk vernacular architecture across the site.
They will range from one-bed to five-bed homes with 57 being affordable housing and are part of a much wider plan to build 1,000 homes at Three Score.
