Doing things better becomes far simpler when people understand how - and why. That belief is why we helped establish our sister company Coaction Training CIC in 2009: to support the construction industry with practical, experience-led training in low-energy building.

Through training and knowledge-sharing, we help individuals and organisations build confidence in low-energy design and delivery. Our approach is grounded in live projects and real-world experience, so teams don’t just learn what to do, but understand the decisions that go behind it.

Alongside established courses, we also deliver project-specific training for clients, designers and contractors - supporting teams to apply learning directly to the challenges they are facing on site and in practice.

In collaboration with the WARM team and endorsed by the Passivhaus Trust, Coaction offers expert-led courses ranging from introductory sessions to advanced practical training for designers, contractors, and tradespeople. With a strong focus on real-world application, participants gain the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to meet the highest building performance standards.
