Leather Gardens, has been named ‘Jean Desforges House’
This 5 storey block of affordable homes was built for Newham Council as part of the affordable homes for Newham programme which includes 45 sites. The site includes a new pocket park.
The building is a reinforced concrete frame with brick and block façade. The 5-storey block has a great compact form. The heating and hot water is provided by ambient loop heat pumps.
