We offer building testing and performance monitoring to understand how buildings operate in reality - from airtightness and coheating tests to energy use and comfort analysis.

By looking at how a building actually performs, we can identify issues early, validate design assumptions, and support learning for future projects. This insight helps teams make informed decisions, reduce risk, and improve outcomes — both on the current build and beyond.

Example of projects where we have done testing and monitoring

• Dundashill - We are monitoring the homes with a low-cost strategy that enables housing associations to assess the real-world performance of the homes in an affordable and practical way.
• Cameron Close - We delivered detailed post‑occupancy evaluation of energy and comfort across the development including in‑depth monitoring of three homes, alongside energy consumption monitoring across the wider site.
• St Sidwells Point Leisure Pool - We provided Airtightness Consultancy to the Contractor at St Sidwells Point. We developed strategies for intermediate testing, mock-ups and quality sign off.
