WARM is proud to be certifying another project for Newham Council. Three buildings provide 95 homes for social rent, plus a commercial unit for Newham Council. The scheme also incorporates a communal garden. It was a winner of the 2023 Housing Design Awards

The heating and hot water is provided by ambient loop heat pumps.
